Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

Contact our support team at assistance@narkane.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund amount depends on the situation:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: full refund (100%), including return shipping.
Change of mind / other reasons: the refund covers the price of the product; the original and return shipping costs may be deducted.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 21 days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective.
